Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. When she was 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card within a year. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel left the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards every year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel completed her first six years of competing to obtain her college diploma. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the show, she placed third. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and returned with a 6th place, for the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectation prior to that and was satisfied with the results. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she had to compete with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel likes working out her back. She usually does bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to the sets she works on. Also Ariel likes to use her time the best way possible. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
