She has worked across various industries, working with the leaders and their teams to improve business outcomes, particularly during times of growth and fast change by designing, coordinating, and implementing a global human resources strategy. She has been a trusted consultant who has assisted in translating the goals of an organization and their strategies into the people and business strategy by focusing on engaging employees and managing change. She enjoys learning and believes that the growth of leaders and teams as the greatest competitive advantage. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and trained leaders who have demonstrated the results and success. Her efforts helped develop cultures which encourage learning and beneficial change for people as well as teams. Annmarie's love of Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate all of her energy and efforts to this cause. She also supports several non-profit organizations during the time she has off.
